The evening will unfold through seven meticulously crafted small dishes, each inspired by a different Asian country. From subtle, delicate flavours to rich and expressive compositions, every course has been designed to showcase balance, technique, and authenticity.
This immersive dining experience will take your palate on a seamless journey across Asia, offering a celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and flavour in an elegant and relaxed setting.

Ghibli Taste & Tales
Step into the enchanting worlds of Studio Ghibli with an immersive dining experience at Blossoms, as part of Brighton Fringe. Each evening brings a beloved film to life through storytelling, atmosphere, and a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by the heart of the story.
Enjoy whimsical snacks, followed by three inspired courses and two themed cocktails, each designed to capture the essence of the film. (Non-alcoholic and vegan/vegetarian options available.)
From the gentle forests of My Neighbour Totoro, to the spirit-filled bathhouse of Spirited Away, and the spellbinding journey of Howl’s Moving Castle, every night offers a unique escape into imagination and flavour.
